extra credit.

I have heard of Michael Moore, but I have never seen any of his films. The film I saw in class I found it very interesting because I had no clue companies can make a huge amount of money on someone who dies.  I find it kind of disturbing how this nation allows companies to do such thing, and what’s even sadder is they make millions on your death but not even one cent is given to the family. In class we have been talking about rhetoric and how it works, and the creator of this film is an expert when it comes to this. He connects to the audience by showing live footage and examples of what these companies are doing. Even though he must be a millionaire he portrays himself as any other hard working American. His film has the right amount of information we want to hear and he knows how to control out emotions. Like we have mentioned before his film is like a roller coaster and everything is included even comedy! He doesn’t really direct to a specific audience, but it seems like his film is for everyone since most of us are middle class citizens.  Personally I enjoyed this film and I would recommend it to anyone, it was so interesting that it made me want to do some research on my company and if they have something shady going on. Not only does this film offer great information on what some companies do in order to get a fat check, but we can also learn how he uses rhetoric to connect with his audience.
